As part of the Whisper Product Expansion project, I led the marketing efforts for a new pain relief heat patch designed to address menstrual discomfort. This innovative product aimed to provide comfort and convenience, aligning with modern consumer needs.
My role included conducting comprehensive market research, utilizing surveys and focus groups to understand consumer pain points and preferences. Insights from this research informed the design of an eco-friendly packaging solution and a marketing plan tailored to the target audience.
To ensure effective positioning, I performed TAM, SAM, SOM analysis, which estimated the product’s market potential and refined its launch strategy. The creative ad campaigns emphasized the product’s benefits and eco-conscious packaging, resonating strongly with the audience.
