My journey began at the intersection of economics and entrepreneurship, evolving into a passion for purpose-driven strategies that balance growth and social impact. With experience across consulting, technology, and grassroots education, I’ve collaborated with startups and organizations to design inclusive solutions. From teaching with Teach For India to driving research at ConveGenius, I translate complex challenges into strategies that empower people and scale impact.

I thrive in environments where challenges demand innovation with empathy. From designing feedback systems for 100,000+ teachers to analyzing education data for policy and aligning technology with classrooms, I blend analytical rigor, creativity, and collaboration. My career reflects a commitment to purpose-driven impact, making education accessible, equitable, and empowering.

My Approach to Work and Impact

I approach challenges by blending ground-level insight with strategic foresight. Teaching in government schools revealed the daily struggles of students and educators, while my EdTech work highlighted how innovation can close systemic gaps at scale. By amplifying teacher voices in design, building empathetic feedback systems, and using data for policy, I strive to craft solutions that are sustainable, transformative, and rooted in creativity, strategy, and social responsibility.
