OneBoardRole: Design Thinking Consultant

As a Design Thinking Consultant at OneBoard, a travel tech company based in Goa, I spearheaded a project to optimize their website for a younger demographic, specifically targeting school and college students. Through comprehensive research, we identified key areas for improvement and implemented a user-centric design strategy.

The project involved conducting a detailed SWOT analysis and developing survey tools to accurately capture student preferences. Using this data, we created customer personas and performed empathy mapping to ensure that the design aligned with user needs.

The strategic overhaul culminated in the development and testing of prototypes, which resulted in a 30% increase in user engagement. This hands-on experience reinforced my skills in leveraging design thinking to deliver impactful results.
