I collaborated with Sahrudaya Foods, a social enterprise focused on promoting healthy traditional snacks while empowering rural women. My role centered around crafting an e-commerce strategy, where I analyzed suitable platforms—Amazon, Jio Mart, and Big Basket—for launching their products and evaluated the potential of physical store expansion.

To enhance their digital presence, I developed an Instagram marketing strategy that included a consistent content calendar featuring product highlights, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. The strategy leveraged Instagram's shopping tools to drive engagement and visibility.

This project not only strengthened Sahrudaya Foods’ market reach but also empowered rural women by showcasing their culinary talents, blending business growth with meaningful social impact.
